Before coming to the Bar, Red practiced as a solicitor for eight years where he appeared in a range of summary and indictable matters in the County Court and the Magistrates' Court. In addition to his appearance work, Red had conduct of a wide range of criminal matters, including serious assaults, homicide, property offences, arson, fraud, drug offences and sex offences in the County and Supreme Courts.
He appears for both defence and prosecution in bail applications, contests, committal, pleas and appeals in the Magistrates’ and County Courts, including regional courts.
