Red accepts briefs in criminal and quasi-criminal matters, including disciplinary tribunal proceedings, regulatory matters and inquests.
Rachel is an experienced advocate with broad experience in all areas of criminal law. She comes from an advantageous position of having experience on each side of the bar table.
Jack practices across criminal law, regulatory proceedings, public law, inquests and inquiries.
Tom practises in commercial and public law, with a focus on property, insolvency, contracts, corporations and administrative law.
Eli practises in corporate & commercial law, insolvency, property (including retail and commercial leasing), planning, equity & trusts, and proceeds of crime.
Nilanka is a commercial and public law barrister. Nilanka practises in a broad range of commercial disputes including insolvency, contract disputes, consumer claims and partnership disputes.
Stephen practises in public law, commercial law and general civil matters.
Kahlia has a broad commercial law practice with particular expertise in building and construction law (including security of payment matters).
Nina practices in common law, primarily in institutional liability.
